Cans
Thank you to all the students who brought in cans for those who need the help. It is a great blessing to help those in need. We especially want to commend Devin who brought in 100 cans! Thanks again to all!

Cans and Jeans
Remember to bring in your canned fruit to HELP others that need it this time of year. The more fruit you bring in the better chance that something good will happen! 
Jeans for Eden tomorrow. Bring in a dollar and some canned fruit to finish your free dress out! WHAT A COMBINATION!

I am very thankful for the Veterans that have served this country and never ask for anything in return. The greatest sacrifice one can give is one’s life for freedom of another. This always reminds me of the gift that Jesus gave on the Cross, giving us eternal freedom from death by believing in Him.

Make sure you remember your “Jeans for Jesus” and orange shirt (or school shirt).
Next Tuesday 11/11 through Friday 11/14 help those at the Friendly Center by bring canned fruit. 10 cans a day gets you a free dress and the more you bring in the luckier you could be

History :)
We have had many great papers turned in today. It takes a long time to talk to each student, but it is worth it to get the information right. We will finish the rest Wednesday and I think the students are realizing that it is much easier if you come and talk to Mr. Gilbert about the information.

NEWS
Check the Math, Spelling, and Memory pages.
Hst- 1-1 1/2 pages of notes due (T) 11/4. We have been working on this for two weeks and directions have been spoken many times. I have also stated many times that if a student needs help connecting the timeline, I can help them. They need to ask me though, that is the only stipulation to getting help. This is just the research and not the full project.
We talked a lot about the Presidential election and the different beliefs today in class. Your students want to know more about the candidates and what your family believes. I encourage you to talk to them about important topics such as this.
